Research Challenge — Equitable Futures
Equitable Futures

America's future is defined by its people and societal capacity. Increasingly, our population is becoming more diverse in race, ethnicity, personal beliefs, cultural background, and affiliation. A tenet of our College is researching an equitable future where all have an opportunity to engineer, innovate, and discover solutions to benefit our communities. Faculty in the College research novel approaches and technologies to recruit, retain, and develop a skilled and integrated Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) workforce that reflects everyone in our society.
