Bringing new drugs, diagnostic, and therapeutic technologies to our communities to help save lives and cure disease is a focus of our bioengineering, biomedicine, and life science research in the College. Drugs for cancer, for kidney disease, chronic illness, heart conditions, infectious and tropical diseases are among those being developed, tested, clinically assessed, and brought to the marketplace.
