Faces in Our Community

I graduated from the University of Houston with my Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering in May 2020. I come from a multi-cultural background due to my experiences in staying in Malaysia, Singapore as well as Texas. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures from all over the world. I am family oriented individual, and I value health and safety above all things.

Graduating during covid has taught me how to be resilient when faced with adversity. Perseverance is key and when there is a will, there is a way. I have been taught from a young age that every failure is a stepping-stone to success, and I genuinely believe that all experiences teach us invaluable skills. With that, I recently started working within the tech space and am continuously looking for opportunities to increase my skillset. My goal is to encourage others to pursue their dreams despite any setbacks and overall, be a good role model to my siblings.
