Robert Daniel "Danny" Magruder, a 2023 trainee in the NSF IUCRC BRAIN’s Neuromotor Skill Advancement for Post-baccalaureates Program or NSAP presented his research on “Cross-talk Differences in Cortical Activations for Dynamic Balance” at the 46th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBC 2024). Danny is integrating his electrical engineering and neuroscience knowledge as a MS student at Carnegie Mellon University, studying biomedical engineering. At the NSAP, Danny worked with Dr. Jose L. Contreras-Vidal and Dr. Pranav Parikh in their respective labs.
