Alumni Awards Gala

Alumni Awards Gala

The Engineering Alumni Awards program was established in 1987 to recognize alumni, faculty and friends of the University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering and the Engineering Alumni Association for significant contributions to society and the profession. The recipients are honored at the annual engineering alumni awards gala, held each year in June.

2020 Cullen College of Engineering Alumni Awards Gala

Date: Thursday, August 13, 2020
Time: 7pm

The Cullen College of Engineering and the Engineering Alumni Association are proud to announce that the 2020 Annual Engineering Alumni Association Awards Gala will be held virtually! Mark your calendars for Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 7 pm (CST) where we will gather together to celebrate our 2020 alumni awards and student scholarship recipients.

The virtual event will require a minimum $5.00 donation to the Engineering Alumni Association in order to obtain the private event link. The annual awards gala serves as the Engineering Alumni Association’s largest fundraiser, and we are looking for sponsors to help us celebrate our 2020 award winner winners as well as host our events and programs that support alumni and current students throughout the 2021 academic year! Sponsorship levels and registration information can be found on the University of Houston Alumni Association webpage.

All questions about the virtual gala can be directed to Lauren Sposato, Director of Engineering Relations, at lsposato [at] central [dot] uh [dot] edu.
