The third season of the University of Houston's Cullen College of Engineering STEMINIST podcast has now resumed, with new episodes dropping weekly through the end of the semester.
The latest episode features an interview by Aria Shankar with Marsha Kowal, an Instructional Assistant Professor and the Director of the Honors Engineering Program. Kowal was promoted to this role in August 2022. Listen to learn more about the UH Honors Engineering program and the various college outreach initiatives she uses to engage with prospective engineering students.
Season three of the podcast restarted after the Spring Holiday week. Sarah Mukhida talked with Clarissa Oliveira, a Cullen alum and Engineering Alumni Association board member. Mukhida is now a transportation engineer at STV. She talks about her involving in the Cullen College since graduation, and the importance of the EAA. You can listen to that episode here.
