In a continued effort to promote international collaboration in engineering research and academics, the UH Cullen College of Engineering has entered into an articulation agreement with Delhi Technological University in New Delhi, India.
The agreement will facilitate academic and research collaboration between the two institutions, laying the foundation for a more seamless exchange of students, faculty and research and academic activities.
Signed by Joseph W. Tedesco, Dean of the Cullen College of Engineering, and Anu Singh Lather, pro-vice chancellor of Delhi Technological University, the agreement opens doors for launching joint educational and research programs, scholar and student exchange programs, and even team-taught online courses.
Delhi Technological University, founded in 1941, is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India. The university has received international media attention for its research and development of a hybrid car, solar car, unmanned aerial vehicles and a plant for manufacturing biodiesel.
