Kayoor Gajarawala, Chief Digital and IT Officer for LyondellBasell, a leader in the global chemical industry creating solutions for everyday sustainable living.

Kayoor is accountable for Global IT Delivery and Digital Transformation. He leads a global team of talented professionals re-imaging how LyondellBasell will utilize digitalization to drive improved efficiency, enhanced customer experience and sustainability.

Prior to LyondellBasell, Kayoor spent 27 years at Shell, working in various management and technology positions, which include consulting, infrastructure delivery, strategy, applications management and key executive roles as VP and CIO for IT Engineering and CIO Global Commercial and Chemicals.

Kayoor serves on the Dean’s Advisory Boards at the University of Houston, as well as The University of Texas at Austin, working to prepare the digital leaders of the future.

Kayoor received a BBA in Finance (90) from the University of Houston and has attended executive education at IMD Switzerland.
