Erika Walk is a highly accomplished and committed leader, with high proficiency in executing innovative solutions by leading a 400+ digital organization in support of enterprisewide infrastructure, operations and applications. With more than 24 years of increasing responsibility, Erika possesses extensive expertise in digital strategy, product and application development, IT infrastructure, network, and operational technology. She holds a successful history of accomplishments across various industries including environmental, energy, aerospace, logistics, and utility services.

From an early age, Erika pursued her dreams and stayed the course to become a leader in the technology field. Erika holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University and a Masters in Software Engineering from the University of Houston. Erika inspires young girls and women to enter STEM fields through volunteering with organizations like Girls Who Code and Girls Empowerment Network. She is a two-time recipient of the Role model of the year presented by the Greater Houston Women Chamber of Commerce (2019 and 2021). Erika served as (2022-24) co-chair of the Women’s Empowerment group for WM’s corporate entity. She led key initiatives to support professional and career development, further closing the gender parity gap in leadership positions. Erika is driven to empower organizations by providing strategic solutions that unlock substantial business value and drive tangible results.
