Nora Scheller (’89, MBA ’96)

Nora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (1989) and a Masters in Business Administration (1996) from the University of Houston.

Nora is a seasoned energy professional with more than 32 years at ExxonMobil and a demonstrated history of working in the energy industry, from process engineering to public policy development to socioeconomic management. She retired from ExxonMobil in 2021.

In 2014, Nora established an endowed scholarship supporting University of Houston students in the Cullen College of Engineering. She can often be seen at UH football and basketball games cheering on the Houston Cougars. Nora also supports Houston youth as a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She is an avid scuba diver and pianist and loves to travel.
