Students, faculty, alumni and friends of the Cullen College of Engineering gathered for barbeque, drinks and games to celebrate the 2018 Engineering Homecoming and gear up for the evening UH football game against Temple.

Attendees enjoyed free beer sponsored by No Label Brewery & 11Below and whiskey sponsored by Yellow Rose Distilling – a Houston-based distillery co-founded and operated by ECE Alumnus Ryan Baird (’01). Members of the Engineering Alumni Association (EAA) Tailgate Committee served as the event’s bartenders while guests dined on a barbeque buffet catered Hickory Hollow. Raffle prizes were announced at the end of the event, with proceeds of raffle ticket sales donated towards EAA student scholarships.

The 2018 Engineering Homecoming Celebration was sponsored by Fluor, the Engineering Alumni Association and the Cullen College of Engineering.
