The UH Cullen College of Engineering celebrated the start of the fall semester at the annual BOS (Beginning of Semester) Party on Thursday, September 20.
Hundreds of students gathered on the Engineering Building 1 lawn to enjoy free food, games, and exhibits hosted by UH engineering student organizations.
Prior to this year’s BOS party, a special event for engineering freshman called “Freshman X Sophomore” was offered to help students with the transition to sophomore year. The event provided information sessions on UHin4 advising, tips and tricks on picking classes for spring 2019 and networking breakout sessions.
This year’s event was sponsored by UH Cullen College of Engineering.
