The Engineering Technology Luminary Award recognizes top-performing students who have demonstrated excellence in engineering technology in the Technology Division at the Cullen College of Engineering.

Damon Spencer, a recent Cullen College engineering graduate has earned a National Science foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. The five-year fellowship will provide support for Spencer to pursue a doctoral degree in computational and applied mathematics at Rice University in the Department of Computational Applied Mathematics and Operations Research.
