Research Experience for Teachers

THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON AND THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION

WELCOME to the University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering's Research Experience for Teachers (RET) Website for High School Science and Math Teachers of the Greater Houston area.

RET is designed to provide teachers with the opportunity to conduct a research project under the guidance of a faculty mentor, and develop teaching modules related to engineering to take back to their classrooms. The projects cover a variety of topics, such as the diverse fields of control systems, biomedical engineering, optics, and computer programming. The 2014 summer marks the 11th year of this program.

We look forward to your participation in the 2014 RET Program at the University of Houston!
