Engineering Undergraduate Scholarship Application

This scholarship application is open to current Cullen College of Engineering Students. The scholarships available in The Cullen College of Engineering Dean's Office are competitive and in general requires:

  • Cumulative GPA: 3.0
  • Major GPA: 3.0

Several endowments support scholarship awards for currently enrolled Cullen College of Engineering students, including:

  • Houston Chapter American Petroleum Institute Scholarship
  • Leonard A. Porter Memorial Scholarship
  • L. Douglas and Jeannette C. Power Endowment
  • Bill and Gail McNeese Scholarship Endowment
  • Thomas J. and Vera A. Stufflebeem Endowment
  • Prem & Gaynelle Dewan Scholarship Endowment
  • Chevron Scholarship Endowment
  • The Robert W. Baldwin Pi Kappa Alpha Scholarship Endowment
  • C. V. Kirkpatrick Engineering Scholarship Endowment
  • Houston Chapter Gas Processors Association Scholarship
  • Ronald and Bertha Lohec Scholarship Endowment Fund
  • Margie Nell Eaves Seiver Scholarship Endowment
  • The Baker Hughes Engineering Excellence Scholarship Endowment

Only one application is needed to apply for all Dean's Office scholarships. Fill out the application here.

Application Deadline: Application may be filed at any time, although decisions about awards are made in mid-summer before the Fall semester.

Industrial Scholar Interns Program

The Industrial Scholar Interns Program (ISIP) through the Cullen College of Engineering offers a wonderful opportunity for undergraduate engineering students to obtain scholarship funding plus earn extra money and valuable work experience through an internship available to program participants during their junior and senior years. Participants receive $2,500 in scholarship funds each year for four years. Click here for more information.
