Cullen College of Engineering

The University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering, established in 1941, is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET. More than 3,250 students are enrolled in engineering courses—2,569 undergraduates as well as 710 masters and doctoral students in biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, environmental, industrial, mechanical and petroleum engineering. The college also offers specialty graduate programs in aerospace, materials, and computer and systems engineering. Chemical and mechanical engineering have ranked among the top programs nationally.
