Golf Tournament Celebrates UH Engineering's 60th Anniversary

This is not an April Fools and the 13th isn't an unlucky number for the annual golf tournament that sells out each year! This year will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering.

 

WHO: University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering alumni and friends

WHAT: Play in the 13th Annual UH Engineering Golf Tournament, and have a good time with friends assisting the UH Cullen College of Engineering academic programs. Individuals and teams are welcome. Get together some friends or corporate team. To arrange for a student to play on your team, contact Michelle Stevenson-Shaw at 713-743-4215 by March 22, 2002.

Participate as an individual player ($140), corporate sponsor ($625 for a four member team and hole sponsor sign), or hole sponsor ($225 for one tee sign). Other forms of sponsorship are also available (19th hole, beer cart, door prizes, and many other opportunities). If you can’t take the day off to golf, make reservations to join us for dinner at 5:30 pm. for $20.

Enjoy the company of friends on the course, then help yourself to dinner, cash bar, and more fun as door prizes and awards are presented.

WHEN: Monday, April 1
Arrive at 11:00 a.m. to check in, enjoy lunch, practice a bit. This scramble
tournament gets off to a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. (the pro-shop also closes at 12:30 p.m.)
