The mission of the Women in Engineering UH (WIE-UH) program is to create and maintain a climate which allows women to reach their full potential in the Cullen College of Engineering.  We offer a strong community of support and programs that will help address ther needs of our female students.

College 'WELCOMEs' New Program for Women
The University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering surpasses the national average of women enrolled in engineering degree programs by four percent, with nearly a quarter of its student body as female students. A new program has been launched at the college in an effort to help recruit and retain women in the field of engineering, a field traditionally dominated by men. Full Story
