The University of Houston has been named one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduate education, according to The Princeton Review, the widely known education services company. For the very first time, UH will be included in the upcoming edition of its "best colleges" guidebook, "The Best 376 Colleges: 2012 Edition" that will be available in bookstores in early August 2011.

The National Research Council’s recently published rankings of Ph.D. programs puts the University of Houston’s Cullen College of Engineering well ahead of its counterparts at the state’s six other emerging research universities.
