Alum Rex Walheim To Describe Life in Space at Engineering Leadership Recognition Day
Traditionally, students invited to the UH Cullen College of Engineering’s Leadership Recognition Day are treated to a wealth of information about UH, such as housing, financial aid and costs. This year, the program has been enhanced further by scheduling NASA astronaut and UH engineering alumnus Rex Walheim to speak to attendees at the sixth annual event on Feb. 21. The event, which is by invitation only, is a recruitment tool for students who have exceptional SAT scores and class ranks.
