UH CHEMICAL ENGINEER DISPROVES PRECONCEIVED NOTIONS OF PHASE TRANSITIONS IN SOLUTIONS
UH chemical engineer Peter Vekilov has disproved the applicability of existing theories explaining how and why proteins and other small molecules congeal into solids while dissolved in water, their natural state.
