Application

To be considered for admission to the MBE Program, applicants must submit the following:

1. Application
   Download the application (.pdf file), complete all fields and print it out.
2. Resume
   Please attach a copy of your most recent resume (no more than two pages). Your resume should contain your experience including job titles and responsibilities in chronological order, your degrees, discipline in which you earned your degrees, and the name of institution(s) from which you earned your degree. Any special skills including proficiency in foreign languages should be stated in your resume.
3. Personal Statement
   Describe your career goals and objectives and what you may accomplish after earning this degree (your personal statement should be limited to one page).
4. Letters of Recommendation
   Two letters of recommendation from your former instructors and/or former or current supervisors should be submitted. The recommendation letters must state clearly for how long and in what capacity the recommenders are familiar with you and your work and what professional goals were achieved during that period.
5. Official College Transcript(s)
   An official copy of your transcripts must be forwarded directly to the attention of the MBE Degree Coordinator at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Houston. The transcript must arrive in a sealed envelope and the title of degree(s) you earned from your former institution must appear on the transcript(s).
